120 minutes of ferment, 400° Fahrenheit for baking and 3 to 6 hours of
careful preparation. All this just to share the lovely smell of fresh bakery. I’d
like to invite you to experience and share the happiness of “Chez Celia”
handmade bread.
My small production comes out of the oven 3 times a day.
